About this job

Specific duties include:

-Accurate and timely filing of payroll information and various clerical duties.
-Inputting of payroll information into database
-Double -check the accuracy of payroll information
-QC the payroll exception reports from the field
-Communicate with field to resolve any issues with paperwork
-Enter Customer's invoices into their own A/P systems
-Assist the Scanning Dept. if necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Excellent communication skills
-Strong problem resolution skills
-Basic mathematical skills
-Detail oriented and be able to handle deadlines
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work as a team
-HS Diploma or equivalent
-Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
-Must be available to work mandatory overtime
