Our client in Erlanger, KY is searching for the next member of their Customer Service Team.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to problem solve, think on your toes, and develop creative solutions
- Strong typing skills, including ten key
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Placing orders and handling service questions via phone
- Responding to a wide variety of email inquiries
- Data entry
- Filling the role as "watchdog" by reporting any issues, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies within our product line or systems
- Assisting other departments as needed
