Our client in Erlanger, KY is searching for the next member of their Customer Service Team.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to problem solve, think on your toes, and develop creative solutions
  • Strong typing skills, including ten key
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer service experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Placing orders and handling service questions via phone
  • Responding to a wide variety of email inquiries
  • Data entry
  • Filling the role as "watchdog" by reporting any issues, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies within our product line or systems
  • Assisting other departments as needed
