Position Description:
This Business Operations Specialist provides customer service to internal and external customers. The candidate will provide IT assistance by resetting password for the Broker portal. Internally, The candidate will be complying and dispersing reports. Reports will be production based and will also include performance guarantee reports and regulatory reporting. There will be some data entry of group and individual membership information. This candidate will also be working with internal customers to problem solve (resolving errors on applications and handling any access issues). The Business Operations Specialist will also be internal supporting the Sales Department.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Experience working in Administrative role.
- Experience with reporting or complying information for reports.
- Experience troubleshooting access issues.
- The ability to edit and create spreadsheets in MS Excel.
- Bachelor's degree
