The role of Sales Administrative Assistant is vital to the success of the Sales Managers he/she supports. Candidate must be professional, polished and maintain a high level of customer service. This position is fast paced and requires Candidate to be efficient, detail oriented and have good time management skills. 20% of this role will be assisting a group sales manager with proposals and contracts for group events. 80% of this role is assisting the executive and leisure sales managers with guestroom reservations, negotiated rate agreements, and building customer relationships.

What will I be doing?

As an Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing office support in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service andfinancial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performingthe following tasks to the highest standards:

Greetand assist guests and respond to customer requests in a professional, friendly and timely manner

Book,modify and oversee guestroom reservations at very high volume

Confidently communicate and interact with customers while extending a heightened level ofcustomer service

Create contracts and agreements and implement once definite

Develop internal relationships within the hotel and collectively work with alldepartments to ensure all guest requirements are met and exceeded

Assist with preparation for site visits and guestroom inspections

Perform word-processing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processingmail and taking notes and/or dictation

Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed What are we looking for?
