The Digital Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution and communication of key digital product offerings for the DoubleTree Brand. This includes key site enhancements, content alignment, as well as merchandising and analysis of doubletree.com. In conjunction with several internal teams, the Team Member will lead all product retailing and support our mobile initiatives through site enhancements. Furthermore, the Team Member will work with the brand to develop digital brand campaigns alongside our agency partners.

What will I be doing?

The Digital Brand Marketing Manager will partner with the internal Digital team(s) (Design, Development, Mobile, Analytics, Site Standard and Optimization, SEO, Content) to identify, test and develop new site enhancements and merchandising opportunities to meet digital conversion and traffic goals.

Other key priorities are listed below:

Leverage analytics and research to inform and drive product enhancements and site optimization

Monitor digital performance and report on key findings

Align closely with Search Engine Optimization team to ensure HHonors digital content is developed to optimize site performance

Work closely with the Site Standards and Optimization team on appropriate digital testing strategies to drive incremental site conversion

Translate DoubleTree revenue goals into streamlined digital customer experiences by way of DoubleTree.com and mobile product offerings

Develop consumer communication and digital marketing plans in conjunction with the launch of new product offerings and brand updates

Develop user experience roadmaps and collect business requirements across multiple cross-functional teams and business partners to update the experience on DoubleTree.com

Manage the DoubleTree program, product marketing and merchandising through multiple site placements

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience launching and marketing digital products on web and mobile platforms

Strong understanding of user experience and digital design best practices

Familiarity with web analytics, key digital metrics and reporting

Deep knowledge and passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experiences

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

MA/MS Master’s Degree

a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience

A minimum of three (3) years of Travel, Hospitality or Loyalty Program experience

A minimum of two (2) years of Managerial experience
