Responsibilities
To provide advanced administrative support that may include a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The administrative support can be of a non-routine nature. May perform ongoing maintenance to various data bases and generate reports. Prepares, reviews, and composes correspondence, routine forms, travel expenses and payment requests. Coordinates internal and external meetings and conference calls. Answer telephones, fax, overnight shipments and department mail and maintain department supplies. Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics. Assist in arranging large colleague meetings or events. This role may require incumbent to manage multiple projects and work in a team environment. Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficient - MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
Good written, verbal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
High School or Equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
1 - 3 years, Administrative Experience
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 30
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
