Telephone interviewers are responsible for collecting valuable data for our clients by making outbound phone calls and taking respondents through designed surveys.
As a telephone interviewer you must be able to:
- Clearly and accurately read designated survey scripts
- Listen to and comprehend respondent answers
- Accurately and efficiently record respondents
