Public Relations Representative

The Public Relations Representative will work under the guidance and support of the Director in order to market Community Care's services to different referral sources within your assigned territory. You will engage with individual physicians, group practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other such sources. You will connect with discharge planners, directors of social work as well as small office MD's and large office medical assistants. We provide a full, hands-on training program to teach you how to succeed in the industry.
