On behalf of the National Consumer Panel, Headway is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representatives to work at the Panel Support Center in Syosset, NY. Successful Call Center Representatives may have the opportunity for permanent, long term employment after 6 months. The position will require 40 hours a week from 1:00 pm-9:00 pm and Saturday 2 PM -6 PM.

In this exciting call center environment, you will act as the first point of contact for clients participating in the National Consumer Panel.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer between 50-100 incoming calls daily in a confident and courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, such as the use of the retail scanning device
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service
  • Respond to panelists' inquiries via email
  • Make outbound calls to panelists to improve client loyalty and retention
  • Maintain and update panelist database
  • Keep current on all new panelist issues and procedures


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Spanish/English Bilingual Required
  • Preferred: 1+ year of call center experience
  • Must have personal transportation
