Job Description - Provide friendly and efficient customer service with high-volume in-bound calls - Process electronic payments over-the-phone - Enter notes into database - Retrieve account information from database Job Requirements - 2+ years of call/contact center experience - Professional demeanor and phone voice etiquette - Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic - Excellent customer service skills - Solid data entry skills = 35+ WPM typing speed - Ability to work Monday-Friday from 3:45pm to 12:30am and must be available on Sunday from 8:00am to 8:00pm - Reliable transportation - High School diploma or GED Pre-employment Checks - Credit Check - Background Check - 3 professional letters of reference
