About this job
We are a local neighborhood deli looking for an experienced team member with kitchen and service knowledge. Must have 1+ years managerial experience. We are looking for a leader who is hard working, positive and goal oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Run deli day to day operations with attention to detail and follow-through
- Must be a strong communicator, leader and supportive to all staff while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be able to keep up with, and encourage, the fast paced energy in the deli
- Must have an understanding of and be able to maintain health, safety and all guidelines
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to take & give directions/constructive criticism
