Customer Service Rep

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Rep.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently hiring a Customer Service Rep position for one of our clients in Alpharetta, GA! Job Responsibilities: *They will be responding to requests concerning updating address and banking information, researching Lexis Nexis to locate annuitants, providing verification of available payments. *The people who fill these positions will be responsible for administering inforce business of structured settlement products. *They will be expected to process transactions on the system of record, as well as drafting and mailing written responses to customer inquiries. *Some research and interpretation will be expected after training. *There also may be projects assigned to them periodically. *They will also be mailing and uploading letters to our imaging system. *They will receive on-the-job training. *They will sit with an associate one on one to learn and practice a process, and then begin processing on their own with their work being reviewed. *Once they become comfortable with one process, they will learn the next, more complex process. Requirements: *High school diploma or equivalent *Microsoft Office proficient Pay: $18/hr Contract Length: 2 years Schedule: *The hours will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. *Start times are flexible; however they cannot begin before 7:30 AM or after 9:30 AM. * The workday is comprised of 8 working hours with one unpaid lunch hour.
