Landscape Foreman - Full-time

Top Tier Site Development is looking for a Landscape Foreman to add to our team. Landscape Foreman is responsible for managing a team of landscape workers in completing assigned tasks and projects. We are looking for a professional with the ability to work in a safe, cost effective, efficient manner, and who has a proven track record of impeccable job performance.

Candidates should have:

3+ years Landscape experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader.

Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, and trees.

Highly motivated, self driven individual who is detail oriented.

Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to work long hours seasonally, as the landscape industry demands.

Able to work effectively on a team and with vendors and/or contractors.

Punctuality and dependability are a must.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Must possess a valid drivers license.

Must be able to properly operate company tools and equipment.

Experience and extensive knowledge of hardscapes / patio installation / retaining walls / walkways is a plus.
