They serve nearly 20,000 clients, including corporations, governments, states, municipalities, healthcare organizations, education institutions, banks and investors in more than 100 countries. They offer a complete range of financial services to help clients achieve their goals and provide strategic advice, lend money, raise capital, help manage risk and extend liquidity. This role will be responsible for assisting in a project where key terms for trading agreements are identified with relevant stakeholders and communicated to a central project team. Any experience with OTC or futures clearing documents, ISDA Master Agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, and/or equity PB agreements is a plus. Legal training is also a plus but not necessarily a requirement.
