POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for support of the Commercial business sales and growth strategy. Will have significant interaction with regional account management/credit teams in addition to direct contact with key dealership personnel.

Focus will be to provide support to each regional team as it relates to growth of their portfolio, to include interaction with dealer customers relating to their use of commercial programs. Must have good working knowledge of features and benefits of all commercial product offerings. Primarily responsible for document preparation for all applicable customer loans, administrative management of movement of inventory between dealerships, and assistance with sales/marketing related reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Coordinate with commercial regional teams to assist with their sales/growth related needs, to include identification and reporting of growth opportunities

• Generate actionable market intelligence through liaison with regional Account Manager/Credit Analyst teams, dealer customers, vendors (eg. auction houses) and internal stakeholders (eg. remarketing team)

• Prepare documentation for all new dealer loan transactions other than normal course of business inventory financing

• Track and report on new business growth within each existing region

• Primary responsibility for executing transactions surrounding transfer of inventory between dealerships. To work with Account Managers to ensure all transactions are processed within internally prescribed timelines

• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE


• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred

• Minimum of three years administrative experience required

• Experience in sales/marketing environment preferred

• Basic understanding of loan documentation

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Dependable, able to work independently

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers

• Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
