Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania!

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to several key leaders on the Architectural Coatings North American Executive Leadership Team, including HR, Finance, IT, Specialty Products and Supply Chain
  • Process all requisitions, purchase orders and invoices for functional departments associated with each key leader
  • Uses various software applications, such as Microsoft Office-Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access to compose or edit reports, presentations or other documentation
  • Schedule and coordinates a complex calendar of meetings, events, interviews, appointments and/or other similar activities, which will include providing general administrative support and arranging for facilities, complex travel, lodging and reimbursements, as appropriate
  • Help with preparation of reports, presentations and various other documents
  • Answers phones and ensures calls are routed to appropriate individuals, if unable to resolve the caller's issue personally
  • Sorts, screens, reviews and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; composes, prepares or ensures timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries
  • Serves as a liaison with other departments in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with group for additional supply needs
  • Assisting Department Managers where necessary to resolve administrative matters, project planning/development and execution of stated goals and objectives
Qualifications:
  • At least (5) five years of experience in administrative support roles in a large corporate environment
  • Strong use of MS Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Access and pivot tables preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, self-motivation, reliability, positivity and professional demeanor a must
  • Ability to effectively schedule time to accomplish set daily, weekly and monthly position requirements such as reports and metric updates
  • Manages sensitive information with discretion and extreme confidentiality
Additional Details:
  • Location: Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066
  • Length of Contract: Six months and two weeks
  • Pay Rate: $17.90 per hour
