Role
* To provide clinical services that are consistent with Rain Drops Counseling standards of care, practices, goals, values and policies
* To create and maintain a positiveand professional work environment
* To support RDC in maintaining itself as a viable outpatient mental health service provider
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and writing admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats.
- Is a liaison with families, outside agencies and referral sources
- Provide individual, family and group therapy to meet case load requirements
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency assessment services
- Provide in-home, schools and community based services
- Responsible for assessments, design, structure and implementation of therapy services to best meet the needs of patients and families
- Assess, monitor and develop safety plans to address risk factors
- Accurately document the encounter with the client for continuity of care
- Responsible to practice within their scope of licensure in accordance with approved policies, procedures and protocols
- To perform other duties as assigned
Licensure/certification : must belicensed therapists LPC , LADC or under supervision for license. Must have prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population.
