Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Sanford, FL company seeks Entry Level Machine Operators.

· Pay is $9-$9.10 per hour, depending on shift.

· 40 hours per week.

· Openings on 2nd and 1st shift.

Duties include:

· Tends one or more machine tools, special purpose machines

· Operate machine to create metal work pieces to specifications

· Maintain Quality Standards

· Lifts work piece manually and secures work piece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device.

· Starts machine, engages feed, and observes operation.

· Inspects and measures machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.

· Adds coolant to machine reservoir and turns valve to start flow of coolant.

· Cleans machine and machined parts.

· Tends machines and equipment other than machine tools.

Requirements include:

· Must possess mechanical aptitude.

· Will Train, no experience necessary.

· Basic math skills required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using weights and measurements.
