Mortgage Documentation Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

The Mortgage Documentation Specialist will review closing documents, track and monitor deliveries, ship mortgage files, and follow-up with customers, title companies, loan coordinators, underwriters, loan officers, and servicing personnel to correct mortgage loan documents. Essential Responsibilities: Verify mortgage loans were closed as approved by underwriting. Follow-up with internal and external customers to correct errors and omissions in loan documents. Create mortgage loan packages to remedy any deficient documents found in loan review. Ship mortgage files through FedEx and image technology. Examine documents for completeness, correctness, and compliance. Prior banking experience is preferred but not required.
