A leading innovator of glue application, quality inspection and data collection systems for the packaging industry is looking for experienced electronic technicians to work in their Orland Park facility.
The Electronic Assembler will be responsible for manufacturing of various cables and sensors. We are looking for a self-starter who can stay on task and complete assignments on time.
Duties will include:
- Assemble a variety of electronic parts according to specs to assure products are accurately made and comply with company standards.
- Perform spot checks of products to ensure quality standards.
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines
- Maintain a set of tools required to perform daily operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and highest level of quality.
- Provide feedback to Supervisor regarding quality of products.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of soldering and assembly.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Basic understanding and familiarity of hand and electric tools.
- Ability to keep accurate inventory of parts used.
There will be background and drug screen requirements.
