On behalf of CIS, Headway is hiring individuals to complete surveys for the grand opening of a local store! The project takes place Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2. Surveys will be conducted using iPad devices so you must be comfortable with technology.
The goal of this survey is to collect feedback related to the guests overall experience at the store's grand opening!

KEY INFORMATION
- Surveys will be conducted on iPad devices – device usage will be covered during onsite training.
- You will approaching patrons of a local store grand opening to participate in a brief survey.
- Participants will be given a $10 gift card upon completion of the survey.
- Must be available to work all dates and times on May 1st - May 2nd
