Primary Responsibilities:



  • Enroll eligible members in our Dual Eligible Medicare product for seniors 65+

  • Build Relationships with Senior Centers, Nursing Homes, Providers, Hospitals, etc.

  • Lead management

  • Member home visits to present product information

  • Travel is 90%

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Previous outside sales and territory management experience

  • Contacts or active  within the community (i.e. Providers, community based organizations, etc.)

  • Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license in Massachusetts

  • A license to sell insurance in the state of Massachusetts

  • Strong and successful background in selling Medicaid products

  • Bilingual

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  • Sales acumen in generating leads and closing on sales

  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with elderly/infirm population 

  • Must meet monthly sales goal

  • Willing to work some nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience selling Medicare Advantage or Dual -Eligible products

  • Social Services background
