Do you love working with kids, wearing flip flops all year long (yes, even in Boston!) and believe swimming is a necessary life skill? If so, Goldfish Swim School in Needham is the place for you!
We are currently hiring energetic swim instructors, lifeguards and customer service individuals who have a passion for kids and for the water. Our warm and tropical atmosphere will make you smile when you come to work. If you have great attention to detail, an interest in aquatics and want to have a blast everyday, Goldfish Swim School is the place for you!
We are not your typical company! We love our employees and reward them for their hard work. We offer paid training and flexible shifts for part-time positions. Even better? Because our Needham location is a brand new school, several advancement opportunities exist for the right candidate. The pay range for these roles is $10-14/hr.
No prior swim experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and have fun is a must!
