Direct Care Professional( Job Number: 150001PF) Primary Location United States-MA-MAFramingham

NeuroRestorative-MA is seeking Direct Care Professionals for a 2-4 bed female residential program - to provide training, assistance and supervision to participants in the areas of activities of daily living, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance as needed in both residential & community settings. Assists with medical supervision. CNA and LNA encouraged to apply. Facilitates good working relationships between community supports, family members and the participants.

Description

NeuroRestorative Massachusetts offers a continuum of community-based programs for adults with brain injury and other neurological challenges, including post-acute, inpatient Neurorehabilitation programs. Through specialized, active rehabilitation services in fully accessible single-family homes, supported apartments and Host Home settings, NeuroRestorative Massachusetts helps each participant develop skills so they may reach their rehabilitation goals and live as independently as possible in the community.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CNA and LNA encouraged to apply
  • Six months to one year of experience in the human services industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license from state of residence
  • MAP certification preferred
