Master Mechanic

Manpower has partnered with a successful manufacturing company in Hanover, PA to identify their next Master Mechanic. There are a total of three positions available. We have openings on day and evening shifts which offer a starting wage of $22.00 per hour. The primary responsibility of this position is to analyze and diagnose equipment issues and execute moderate to complex maintenance and repairs timely on various manufacturing production equipment and related accessories. Essential job functions: *Perform complex repairs from intricate prints, charts and verbal instructions such as component overhaul or replacement *Lead, train and coordinate the activities of other Maintenance Mechanics *Knowledge of complex manufacturing repair methods and technologies *Ability to develop solutions that may be undocumented and/or require analytical and creative thinking *H.S. Diploma or equivalent, Seven years mechanic experience, three of which performing moderate to complex repairs on manufacturing equipment
