In this Digital Channel Technology Manager position, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the Retail Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Marketing Web Site technology solutions and line of business partnerships. The Manager will build and lead a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Technology team focused on realizing the business objectives as outlined in our tactical and strategic plans.

Are you interested? The ideal Digital Channel Technology Manger candidate will possess the following experience:

• Ten or more years of management experience in the online, mobile and web systems arena with specific experience in high availability systems serving customers 7x24.
• Ten or more years of development experience with web applications deployed in complex, multi-tiered environments.
• Strong object oriented analysis and design skills and experience with the web technology stack is required.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, UDB, Oracle or any popular database engine) is required.
• Technical team leadership experience delivering solutions with five or more years overseeing successful 7x24 production system implementation
• Prior experience working in a pressured (dynamic, fast-paced) environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus preferred.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
