Inspector

Company in Woodstock is looking to add an inspector to their team! Do you like to travel? Then this is the job for you! In this position you will travel 40 of 50 weeks alone to inspect bleachers and athletic equipment. Responsibilities: - Inspect AE for safety and efficiency. - Complete inspection report information including photos and summary - Communicate suggestions for improvements, product line and systems to customer and company associates - Regular contact with Inspection Scheduler to report on all AE repair, product installation and maintenance work based on on-site inspection, photographs, customer comments and feedback from service technicians - Work closely with service technicians, management and staff acting as liaison. - Drive company vehicle to and from job site - All other paperwork and computer work as associated with position of inspector. - Interact well with company associates as well as suppliers and customers - Maintain above average rating on all performance appraisals, meeting or exceeding attendance expectations - Occasional airplane trips to perform work or inspections in other areas of the country as required - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Welding and Drafting classes or experience - Mechanical classes or experience - Electrical classes or experience - Ability to read and interpret, write, speak and communicate efficiently in English - Proficient in reading and understanding job specifications - Proficient in basic mathematical functions - Willingness to travel in vehicle (provided by company), and be out of town overnight Mon - Fri a minimum of 40 weeks per year - Must also be willing to leave on Sundays and/or return on Saturdays as needed and to remain out of town overnight on weekends 3 to 4 times per year as needed Pay | $14-15/hr based on skills and experience If interested please contact Emily at 815-788-8556 or emily.henning@expresspros.com.
