What will I be doing?
The Manager, Maintenance & Engineering with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical building(s), mechanical equipment, electrical system(s), heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Conducts facility inspections, assigns, verifies and documents the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system. Directs, oversees and maintains required documentation for the energy management and conservation and preventive maintenance programs. Leads, manages and communicates departmental projects and property rehabilitation including scheduling, budgeting and complying with contractor bidding standards. Obtains required licenses and permits and ensures full compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards to protect the well-being of all guests and team members. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalency required
Legal right to work in the U.S.
Perform basic math calculations
Bend/stoop/lift/push/pull 100 lbs
Prior supervisory experience required
Prior engineering/building maintenance experience required
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
