Retail Sales Associate ( Entry-Level P/T) - Full-time

Our job is to help acquire and retain our clients customer base within the Sacramento Metro Area. Our sales training program is designed to equip anyone with little to no experience with the skills needed to drive sales and outperform the competition. With new clients and locations opening up this quarter, we are looking to hire sales driven individuals to fill our full time position.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience, possesses leadership skills, and most importantly, an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities of a Retail Account Manager includes: - Educating customers about our client's services - Signing up new customers with service accounts - Developing a strong knowledge of competing services/prices - Upholding integrity and a professional image Expectations of a Junior Account Manager: - Proven ability to meet/exceed all sales goals and earn commissions - Develops as a leader within our firm to help educate and train others - Maintains a great attitude and has a desire to grow within our company.

This is an hourly and commission based position with no cap on commissions which includes cell phone reimbursement. This position is a promising opportunity for anyone willing to work hard and put in the effort to grow personally, financially, and professionally.
