Recruiter - PRN

Our HCA West and North Florida Recruiters handle full-cycle recruitment for all open positions within their market and/or specialty areas. Recruiters work collaboratively with leaders in assigned areas of responsibility to implement recruitment strategies to ensure the availability of a qualified workforce to meet business objectives. Identify short and long-term workforce needs and develop recruitment plans. Develop and implement sourcing and outreach strategies to maximize the applicant pool. Cultivate and develop candidate pipelines to meet immediate and future needs. Participate in the development of effective recruitment advertising strategies/campaigns to attract talent. Plan and attend job fairs, college recruitment events, and primary and secondary educational outreach programs.

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience. Healthcare environment is preferred

Experience using Taleo or other similar applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.
