Posting Job Description

Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to outbound dial a base of existing Time Warner Cable Business Class customers to develop and retain the existing commercial customer base and revenue through proposing new acquisition, upgrade and save offers.

Essential Job Functions


-
Outbound dials assigned existing customer lead lists to promote and sell Time Warner Cable Business Class services to current Time Warner Cable Business Class customers.

-
Responsible for making daily outbound calls in an effort to persuade customers to increase revenues from existing Business Class customers by upselling, cross selling, and or renewing products and services.

Responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota in Voice, Data, Video, Dedicated Internet Access, PRI (Primary Rate Interface) sales

-
Develops customer centric solutions and delivers sales proposals on product benefits and marketplace differentiators

-
Clearly understands and communicates the company ' s value proposition

-
Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including billing, technical support, customer advocate team, & sales operations in an effort to resolve customer concerns causing them to want to downgrade or disconnect services with Time Warner Cable Business Class.

Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information

-
Provides resolution of customer complaints which led to customer dissatisfaction, in order to maintain subscriber.

Partners with the outside sales teams to ensure complex customer opportunities are properly routed and handled

Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management

Qualifications:


-
Working knowledge of computers, computer networking, the Internet and networks preferred

-
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required

-
Requires ability to multitask, as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines

-
The ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required

-
Previous sales experience in B2B sales, call center sales

-
Experience in cable or telecom account management and sales are a plus.

Education and Experience:


-
High school diploma required;
Bachelor ' s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent training, education and experience.

Additional Educational Information (if any): Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
