We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Graphite bond assembler.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower is working with a client that is in need of a Graphite Bond Assembler-
Candidate will need to have at least 1 year of graphite assembly composite layup experience (not metal bond, but graphite composite bond).
Blueprint reading required.
Will be assembling, bonding, and reworking a variety of graphite parts.
Will be preparing graphite parts for painting by painting and finishing part to an even and smooth surface.
Will be loading and unloading graphite assemblies in oven and cures to bonding specifications.
Responsible for ensuring parts meet quality specifications and requirements.
Will be bonding and assembling graphite parts using assembly jigs with the use of rivets, fasteners, screws and liquid adhesive.
Will be using small hand tools, sanders, rivet guns, drills, gages and other measuring instruments
Contract position
Pay based on experience. Pay is between $24-$28 an hour-
