Our client is in need of an experienced Operations Manager to assist with managing all functions pertaining to their back office work and staff. This person will be over seeing and working closely with 3 Processing Managers and ensuring that their teams are running effectively.
Qualified candidates will have previous loan processing and management experience, as well as have the desire to step into a leadership role right off the bat.
Beyond training and development of all processors and back office staff, the ops manager will also be responsible for reviewing metrics behind the business and identifying where improvements can be made. Light accounting and financial responsibilities will also be a part of the ops manager's responsibilities.
