Construction Superintendent

Currently seeking multiple construction superintendents for projects in the DC/Baltimore area. This is a full time career position with a general contractor. Candidates with experience in retail and restaurant projects are preferred. Experience with commercial construction (new construction and interior fit out) is required as well.

Salary range is from $70k+ based on experience.

Job Duties Include:

Provide site supervision of all construction activities on assigned projects
Directly responsible for meeting project schedule and budget
Directly responsible for safety and cleanliness of project site at all times
Review and update schedule with Project Manager
Ensure construction meets requirements of project documents and specifications
Client interaction and develop confidence of project ownership team
Maintain updated project documents, daily logs, as built drawings
Ensure a quality product is delivered to the owner
Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate work as required
Schedule all project inspections
Follow through and complete project punch list within 5 business days
