The activation of a new PepsiCo Operating Model, or POM, requires our need to further build and expand our Change Management capability. The new expansion of the Change Management Center of Excellence will allow the organization to address this challenge and deliver on both the financial algorithm and the ability to transform. Change Management is a critical enabler of this global transformation.

The Change Management & Transformation Work Stream Director provides change leadership in building methods/tools and overall change capability, and will be responsible for delivering change strategies and activities for assigned work stream(s) leveraging global change management frameworks, methods, and tools. This role connects global work stream change team activities with business unit change team activities and brings strategic & pragmatic expertise to enable the achievement of work stream business goals through successful organizational adoption.

Responsibilities:

Defines strategies and executes plans to enhance existing change management methods/ tools as well as drive the creation/adoption of new methods/tools that complement the portfolio.

Drives and maximizes adoption/usage of global tools and methodologies and ensures we are building the right level of expertise with the right populations.

Collaborates with global and business unit change teams (Global Change Network), internal OD / training / communications teams, external consultants, etc. to institute global usage of common change management methods and tools

Integrates core enterprise-wide change management frameworks, tools, and templates within assigned work stream(s) to support PepsiCo's ongoing business transformation. Maintains an inventory of all internal best practice methods/tools and consults with our network to ensure best practice methods/tools are available.

Leads and manages change strategies and work plans to support assigned work stream

Develops, delivers, and coordinates change management work activities to effectively enable work stream business goals e.g., stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, culture and organization design

Manages / coordinates work activities of change management team members assigned to relevant work stream(s)

Collaborates with global and business unit change management teams to determine appropriate resource models to support delivery of change activities for assigned work stream(s)

Serves as an active member of the Global Change Leads network. Participates in regular meetings and forum groups, shares best practices, business updates and contributes to the network with insights and feedback on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of an MBA, 12-15 years' experience

MBA preferred, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading and delivering change management related work for large scale programs or projects

Ideal candidate would have a combination of change management and organizational development consulting background

Experience with change initiatives impacting a global audience

Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various change activities. Must be comfortable with "rolling up their sleeves".

Influential - must be comfortable and effective in influencing stakeholders who do not have a direct reporting relationship

Must have experience communicating change, leading that communication work or working closely with a Change Communications professional.

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, results oriented culture.

Ability to build authentic working relationships amongst the Change Management COE team and with colleagues across sectors and functions.

High comfort level managing and dealing with ambiguity.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
