commitment toward excellent guest service. This is an awesome opportunity to use your artistic talents on guaranteed clientele.
We offer a friendly, welcoming work environment that allows you
to succeed in a busy salon while having fun. Stylists at Supercuts
will provide each guest a great experience with the full range of
services including cutting, styling, coloring, and waxing.
STYLIST QUALIFICATIONS
* Current State of Illinois Cosmetology license or Barber license
* Commitment to follow a guest service system with every
guest, every time
* Exceptional guest service in a professional manner
* Provide quality consultations and perform service in a
competent, efficient manner
* Ability to complete transactions on a computerized register
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
weekends
COMPENSATION
* Guaranteed hourly wage
* Individual performance based pay
* Excellent tips, cash everyday
* Commission on color and retail sales
* Paid vacations and holidays
* Paid training and CEU hours
A $300.00 SIGN ON BONUS WILL BE OFFERED TO ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
