Answer Phones
 Answer 4-line incoming calls
* Direct them accordingly to the proper person
* Handle requests
o Company Phone #s
o Wants a quote (gather info)
o Gather info for a potential change
o Identify if coverage is included on personal auto/home
o Print ID Cards
* Check agency voicemail
Greet Clients
 Direct them accordingly to the proper person
 Handle requests
* Company Phone #s
* Accept information & direct to proper person
Gather Quote Information
 Gather info on worksheets for auto, home, renters, motorcycles, ATVs, mobile homes, motor homes, etc.
Data Input
 Enter quote info into rating system or proprietary websites
 Enter information into agency management system
Assist Agents in New Business Process
 Complete audits on new policies that are written
 Follow up with clients who's policies have been issued but additional info is required by the agent or underwriting
* Pictures, Report Cards, Loss Runs, etc.
Service Clients
* Process payments
 Simple billing information
 Start claims with a 3-way phone call with the client
* Input claims info into Agency Management System
General Office Duties
* Prepare outgoing mail
* Open & Distribute Mail
* Scanning
* Filing
Requirements
Property & Casualty License
If not licensed at hire date, there is a 3 month window to get licensed.
Agency will pay for the licensing class and exam (1 time)
