We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* 2 years of housekeeping/cleaning and directing/leading staff experience
* Must have management ability and great communication skills
* Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
* Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning to mid-day hours
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
* Must enjoy working with the senior population and a team player
