Primary Responsibilities:
  • Make cold calls to current members regarding new programs
  • Enroll members into the new programs
  • Schedule members with a nurse
  • Maintain a constant dialogue with the client
  • Check member eligibility
  • Document all calls in the documentation application
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in an Office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
  • Able to utilize Microsoft Office in a professional setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Certified Medical Assistant Certification.
