Primary Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to current members regarding new programs
- Enroll members into the new programs
- Schedule members with a nurse
- Maintain a constant dialogue with the client
- Check member eligibility
- Document all calls in the documentation application
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- 1+ years of experience in an Office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
- Able to utilize Microsoft Office in a professional setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Certified Medical Assistant Certification.
