AR/AP Specialist
Specific Duties
• Vendor invoicing and payments
• Customer invoicing
• Reconciliation process
• Answer calls, emails, faxes related to vendors and/or customer invoicing
• Bulk invoicing for i3screen vendors/check run process
• Provider Management
Required Skills
• MS Office – Intermediate Skill; Excel, Word & Outlook; MS Office 2007
• Keyboarding – Strong Skill
• 10-Key – Strong Skill
• Knowledge of Great Plains
• Follow through and dependability
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and work independently or as a team
• Good listening skills
• Follow through and dependability
Highly Preferred Experiences
• Data Entry – 1 year
• Call Center – 6 months
• Experience in the drug testing industry
Other Requirements
Must pass 5 panel drug screen
Must pass Statewide & Nationwide background check
Pay: $14/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30 – 5:30 (to be determined)
