NOW HIRING: A well-established company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is currently seeking a full time Member Service Representative to join their team! This is a long term opportunity.

Job Duties:
- Perform services for customers such as ordering bank cards and checks
- Answer customer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products
- Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
- Explain, advise on, and promote bank products and services to customers

Candidates MUST HAVE:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the Customer Service or Sales field
- Developed others and performed training
- Committment to giving the best service to members
