JOB SUMMARY:

The HRIS Administrator serves as the primary data entry point for all centralized ADP EV5 processes. Provides support to end users through escalated calls from the ADP Help Desk, resolving all issues within a timely manner and with the highest levels of service, efficiency and integrity.
  • Processes data entry into ADP system, including making corrections to data where necessary. Ensures accurate and timely entry of data into the system. Tracks the required documentation and approval for each transaction to ensure that any entry is within established guidelines. Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database information.
  • Responds to level two support calls referred from the ADP Help Desk. Researches solutions for each call and determines root cause of system issues. Resolves each open ticket within the prescribed time guidelines. Documents solutions and enters all relevant information into the ticketing system.
  • Researches and resolves data discrepancies between different systems.
  • Assists with updates to data tables in ADP as required. Works with the HRIS Analyst to ensure that the system is configured correctly for any additions, updates or deletions.
  • Assists in assigned project work for new or upgrades to HR systems as required. Participates in user testing for modifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HRIS systems with some payroll experience (preferably with ADP Enterprise Version 5) and a working knowledge of third party interfaces.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experienced user of Windows XP, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of AS400 is preferred.
  • Relevant security or service industry experience, a plus.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
  • Timely follow up and high organizational skills are a must.
  • Comfortable with creating power-point presentations, documenting processes, procedures and leading presentations.
  • Must be comfortable asking questions and researching issues through resolution.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work among several departments to achieve desired results.
  • Flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail, self-directed and motivated
