This position is home-based but it is preferred that the individual live near an airport for frequent travel.

Key responsibilities include:
* Interacting closely with system users at the community as well as team members and Business Process Owners in order to share knowledge and improve understanding of operational processes.
* Coordinating all aspects of the deployment process with assigned communities
* Conducting formal training on-site or impromptu training via telephone on the correct usage of the system application and trains appropriate team of Super Users at each community on the appropriate application system being deployed.
* Participating in the design and development of training resources for users as needed
* Effectively developing, communicating, and providing tools to community to ensure the proper processes for escalating application support related issues

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN) required
* Three years of related experience in the healthcare arena (inpatient, outpatient, and/or long-term care)
* Strong customer relationship and training skills may be considered in lieu of actual healthcare experience
* Living near a major airport is strongly preferred as this role requires up to 75% travel to communities
