CNC Press Brake Operator

-Drilling, tapping, grinding of metal parts
-Use of hand and power tools
-Use of metal working and metal forming tools such as a notching press, radius press, press brake, shear, spot welder, punch press.
-Use of metal finishing tools such as grinders, hand sanders and belt sanders
-Mechanical assembly.
-Manufacturing and forming parts to print.
-Use of verniers, protractors, squares, tape measures and other measuring devices.



Some of the material can be heavy. Requires occasional pushing and lifting of piece of stock. Heavy pieces of stock are moved with mechanical assists.



Would prefer someone with sheet metal experience. Ability to set up press brakes or operate computer controlled machines is a plus. Must be able to read a fabrication print. The person hired will receive training in the equipment he/she is not familiar with.
