About this job

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Under general supervision, self-performs and leads a crew consisting of the following, but not limited to custodial employees, landscaping employees, concierge/admin, furniture specialist, maintenance generalist, and other subcontractor employees maintaining all offices and common areas for assigned.
Also responsible for small project management. Keeps contract sites in a safe, sanitary and orderly condition. Responsible for providing work direction, orientation, training, and work review/inspection for assigned personnel.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
Self-performs and leads a crew which:
1. Provides work direction, orientation, training and work review/inspection for assigned personnel.
2. Responsible for overseeing a team that performs a variety of core office services and general maintenance or custodial activities which may include, but is not limited to, groundskeeping, housekeeping, mail services, furniture moves (MAC Services), fleet services, A/V and PA services, and conference room set ups.
3. Ensures appropriate maintenance documentation is completed and filed.
4. Provides direction and verbal instructions related to assigned tasks.
5. Helps track and maintain service and work orders.
8. Provides required administrative support for Site Manager and customers as needed, such as time sheet review, manpower scheduling, and reporting.
9. Performs and reviews all work and assures all personnel perform work in accordance with established safety procedures.
10. Strong customer service skills required. Experience working directly with front line customers and communicating with them at a high professional level.
13. Develop, organize, and track site maintenance procedure documents on a monthly basis.
14. May need to support site manager with financial tasks and responsibilities.
15. Also responsible for small project management duties; asses project needs, acquire quotes, submit proposals, project coordination, testing and final commissioning, and any close out document submitted.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School graduate or equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate the activities of others.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively for scheduling, training, and customer and management interface.
4. Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
5. Experience with Word and Excel required
6. Experience with work order management required
7. Experience with reporting of financials preferred
8. Experience with CMMS preferred
