Executive Assistant Job Description
Main responsibilities of the executive assistant will include: Support to the CFO and Finance Admin. Updating spreadsheets, using Quick Books on a daily basis, reconciling accounts, and corresponding through email.
Executive Assistant Qualifications
Must have Quick Books experience within the last year
Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
Reconciling Accounts/invoices
Basic understanding of AR/AP
Strong attention to detail is key
Must have strong people skills
