We are seeking exceptional, motivated professionals to join our team for the Grand Opening of Silver Spot Cinemas, and its upscale dining component, in Coconut Creek Promenade!
Available positions include:
- F&B General Manager
- F&B Manager
- Executive Chef
- Sous Chef
The ideal candidate will have a polished a professional personal presentation, fine-dining experience, an interest in tenure and growth with an expanding company, and a strong ability to independently oversee a sophisticated staff and deliver hospitality-focused service to guests and team members.
Desired qualities:
- Fluent in English, bilingual a plus
- Experience in hiring, training, scheduling & staff management
- Experience in ordering, inventory and cost management
- Ability to work 48-50 hours per week, weekends, nights and holidays
