We are looking for Inbound Call
Center Technical Support Representatives. In this role you will use customer
relation skills, technical product knowledge, database information and related
resources to assist customers calling for assistance with their HVAC products.
Prior HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Skills:
• Strong verbal and interpersonal
customer service skills.
• Experience using computers and
the internet as well as ability to multi-task through various systems.
• Ability to learn and convey
troubleshooting solutions for a wide variety of consumer household products.
• Ability to communicate well with

What hours will I be working?
• For our next upcoming class which
starts on APRIL 26 , 2015. We have a variety of full time day and evening
schedules available.
• New Hire Orientation: Prior to
training you must attend a mandatory 3 hour orientation. During orientation you
will learn more about the company and our policies.
• New Hire Training: You will be
required to attend a 6 week paid, self-directed and facilitated training that
includes
computer based modules, instructor
led classroom learning and live calls.
What are the qualifications?
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior Experience Trouble Shooting
or Technical Support Experience Preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or
demonstrated knowledge in the repair of consumer appliance products preferred,
but not required.
• Basic Computer Skills
