A Call Center - Tour Coordinator, with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for tracking and processing Timeshare presentation tour for APAC Region.

What will I be doing?

A Call Center - Tour Coordinator, with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting internal customers (Marketing Club Coordinator) as well as internal customer via the phone to schedule, reschedule, and cancel timeshare presentation tours for all Sales office in Asia Pacific Region. In addition to processing timeshare presentation, Tour Coordinator will guide and advise internal customer with complex tour rules and special marketing promotion in the Asia Pacific Region.

Call Center - Tour coordinator is also responsible in checking, making sure all sales presentation tours are processed accurately with correct marketing information for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at Hilton Hotels or Hilton Grand Vacations Club properties.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma

1 year Customer Service

Must be customer service oriented over the phone

Computer literate, ability to work effectively with multiple programs

Type 35 words per minute

Attention to detail

Must be able to work under fast paced work environment

Bilingual Japanese highly desired

Must be able to work flexible schedule
