This position requires a process focused individual with cross functional application knowledge and is responsible for leading the strategic development the Salesforce Application. This includes system analysis, authoring of high level requirements, testing management and overall system maintenance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Percentage of Time (Essential Functions increments of 10%)...

1. Establish and document the strategic direction, including long term strategy for the tool and its development, and implement and support metrics to substantiate direction and to measure success.

2. Develop requirements, review project benefit and prioritize work to feed development efforts. Actively participate in gathering sessions and jump start meetings.

3. Develop and facilitate Sr. Management presentations, including accomplishments, metrics, roadmap and challenges.

4. Establish and maintain process documentation, ensure SOPs are developed, updated and followed; lead efforts to identify process gaps and work toward closure.

5. Support all Vendor Management activities, including scorecard creation and completion, financial reconciliation, relationship management and service assessments.

6. Proactively engage and collaborate with business partners to ensure success in tool utilization and execution, including support, training, and consulting and survey activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience

2. Excellent verbal and written skills, with a demonstrated ability to create presentations and persuasive papers.

3. Demonstrated cross functional knowledge of the Network applications and Payment Services.

4. Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work & lead teams independently with little direct supervision.

5. Experience in providing oversight of identification and resolution of an issue.

6. Demonstrated skills in leading a group towards meeting a common project milestone/goal.

7. Takes initiative to coach and share knowledge to develop others.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects, in depth knowledge of PDP process and documentation and the ability to identify risks and create mitigation plans.

9. Ability to identify auditable processes and ensure comprehensive process documentation is current and compliant.

10. Compiles data, identifies meaningful metrics, illustrates trends and proactively communicates results.

11. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
